About Us

SEPAR PLASTIK is a leading manufacturer of PS Sheet (Polystyrene), PP Sheets (Polypropylene) and ABS Sheets in Turkey. Established in 2009, our company has introduced the most advanced extrusion production lines of world class quality and with around 80 well educated and experienced employees, we are looking at the future with all the enthusiasm and self confidence and drive to serve our current and future customers. Currently we posses maximum number of sheet production lines in Turkey. We have two production plants which are in Istanbul and Bursa city. Our total production capacity with these two plants is 1300 tons plastic sheet per month and we are all set to increase it up to 1500 tons/month by the end of 2015, with a new PP Extrusion line.

     The range of our products include plastic sheets for thermoforming like Polystyrene Sheet, Polypropylene Sheets & Rolls,  ABS sheets. On the other hand, we also have our own thermoforming lines within our facility where we produce final thermoformed products like PP, PS and PET containers, disposable ps and pp plates, display stands for exhibitions, seperator trays for industrial packaging and so on. The capacity of our thermoforming lines in total is around 300 Tons/month.

     Our Thermoforming sheets are used mainly by thermoforming companies who are producing car roof racks, ABS luggages, refridgerator inner parts, car interiors, display stands, packaging seperators, food containers and so on. 

     Separ Plastik food containers are used mainly by catering companies, dairy companies, meat processing factories,  restaurants and so on.
